Whereas, the provisions of these sections have appar-
ently been superseded by the provisions of Article 52 of the
State Code relating to Justices of the Peace and particu-
larly by the Act creating the Trial Magistrates system;
therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 256-276 of Article 18 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Queen Anne's County, " sub-title "Justices of the Peace
and Constables, " be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 418-422 of Article 18 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Queen Anne's County, " sub-title "Weights and
Measures, " said Sections relating to the keeper of
weights and measures in Queen Anne's County.

Whereas, these Sections are no longer applicable; there-
fore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 418-422 of Article 18 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Queen Anne's County, " sub-title "Weights and Measures, "
be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.
