Congress, the Standard Time throughout this State shall be
the time prescribed in Section 1 of this Article.
SEC. 2. And J)e it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1943.

CHAPTER 153.
(Senate Bill 14)
AN ACT to add a new section to Article 27 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Crimes and Punish-
ments", sub-title "Sabotage Prevention", to follow immedi-
ately after Section 576-O of said Article as enacted by
Chapter 388 of the Acts of 1941, said section to be known
as 576P of said Article, making it unlawful to possess identi-
fication cards and identification badges after the termina-
tion of employment, or the time limits for which they are
issued, or to aid or assist any person to enter any place
where such card or badge is required for admittance, and
penalties for violation of the provisions of this Act,
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article
27 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title
"Crimes and Punishments", sub-title "Sabotage Prevention",
said new section to be known as Section 576P, to follow imme-
diately after Section 576-O of said Article, and to read as
follows:
576P. (1) "Identification Card" is defined for the purposes
of this section as any card or pass issued for the purpose of
establishing the identity of any person and the right of such
person to be in or on any premises described in this section.
"Identification Badge" is defined as any badge of metal or
other composition, to be worn by any person for the purpose
of establishing his identity or right to be in or on any premises
described in this section.
(2) Any person having in his or her possession an identifica-
tion card or identification badge issued by any department of
the State or of any political sub-division thereof, or any muni-
cipal corporation, or by any corporation, firm or individual
operating any factory, warehouse, storage house, manufactur-
ing, printing or publishing establishment, mechanical or mer-
