or its employees, is not a. suitable person to purchase or
consume such beverages.
(5) To make any and all contracts, rules and regula-
tions which they may deem necessary or desirable to carry
out the powers conferred upon them by this Act.
(6, ) To sell and ship outside Harford County any con-
tainers or packages of alcoholic beverages kept for sale in
the dispensaries, provided that such shipment is not pro-
hibited by law applicable in the place where shipment is
consigned.
(7) To rent, lease, or purchase premises necessary for
the conduct of said dispensaries, subject to the approval
of the County Commissioners.
80. The Liquor Control Board shall keep accurate rec-
ords of the purchase of alcoholic beverages, which records
shall be open to inspection by the representatives of the
County, Town and City interested therein, and shall make
semiannual reports to the said County, Town and City,
which reports or so much thereof as may be deemed by
said Board to be necessary, shall be published in one or
more newspaper printed and published in Harford County.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That Section 84 of
Article 2B of the Code of Public General Laws of Mary-
land, (1939 Edition), title "Alcoholic Beverages", sub-title
"Harford County", be and it is hereby repealed.
SEC. 3. And be it further, enacted, That the provisions
of Sections 407 to 416 inclusive of Article 13 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (Higinbothom's 1943
Code of Harford County), title "Harford County", sub-
title "Liquors and Intoxicating Drinks", are repealed inso-
far as the game are inconsistent with the provisions of this
Act.
SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.
