mailing address on file with the Department, addressed to
it at any other address which may appear upon the rec-
ords of the Department. Any such corporation paying all
taxes, interest and penalties, and filing such report, as
aforesaid, after the first publication of said proclamation,
shall be omitted from subsequent publications thereof. Im-
mediately upon the expiration of sixty days from the date
of the first publication of said proclamation, the charters
of all such corporations, which have not then paid all taxes,
interest and penalties due, and filed such reports, as afore-
said, shall be ipso facto repealed, annulled and forfeited
and the powers granted to such corporations shall be inop-
erative, null and void, without the necessity of proceedings
of any kind either at law or in equity.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

CHAPTER 823.
(Senate Bill 426)

AN ACT to add a new Sub-section to Section 31 of Article
39 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition),
title "Pish and Fisheries", sub-title "Further Regula-
tions in County Waters", said new Sub-section to be
known as Sub-section (c-1) and to follow immediately
after Sub-section (e) of said Section, regulating the use
of nets or equipment and hooks and line in the Magothy
River.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new Sub-section be and it is hereby
added to Section 31 of Article 39 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1939 Edition, ), title "Fish and Fisheries", sub-
title "Further Regulations in County Waters", said new
Sub-section to be known as Sub-section (c-1), to follow
immediately after Sub-section (e) of said Section, and to
read as follows:

(c-1) All nets, equipment and hooks and line are pro-
hibited in the Magothy River from January 15 to April 1
in spawning areas and for a distance of two hundred and
fifty (250) yards below the head of tidewaters of said
Magothy River and of all tributaries of said River.
