lating any of the provisions of this Act, or the regulations
promulgated hereunder, or is failing to observe in good
faith the purposes thereof, or is not maintaining the prem-
ises in a clean, sanitary manner, the Board shall, in its
discretion after a public hearing, revoke or suspend the
said license; and such cases shall be reported to the State's
Attorney and the Sheriff of Harford County; and it shall
be the duty of said Sheriff and said State's Attorney to
prosecute such licensee under the provisions of this Act.
The said Board shall also revoke or suspend, in their dis-
cretion, and after public hearing, the license of any
licensee, on whose premises any gambling devices are
found, which are illegal under the laws of the State of
Maryland.

425-B. All licensees shall make such reports to the
Liquor Control Board of all purchases and sales referred
to in Sections 420 and 423, as may be required by the
regulations of said Board, and if it is shown by such re-
ports or by investigations by said Board, said officers, or •
by any other person, that any licensee is violating the pro-
visions of this Act, it shall be the duty of said Board to
summon such licensee before it, for a hearing. If at such
hearing the charges are sustained, the license of such
licensee shall immediately be revoked.

425-C. The said Board shall employ such officer or offi-
cers or inspectors, from time to time as it may deem proper
for the purpose of enforcing the provisions of this Act;
said officers or inspectors so employed may be the Sheriff
of Harford County or any of his deputies, or any Constable
of said County or any Town Officer of any incorporated
municipality of said County; or the Board may appoint
or employ from time to time special officers or inspectors,
to whom shall be administered by the Board, the usual oath
given to peace officers, and who shall upon request of said
Board, furnish bond in the same manner as required of
Constables of said County; such officers or inspectors shall
be under the direction and control of said Board while on
duty for the enforcement of this Act; provided, however,
that said Board may not expend for the salaries or per diem
compensation of said officers or inspectors in the aggregate
an annual sum in excess of Twenty-five hundred dollars
($2500).

425-D. The Liquor Control Board for Harford County
is hereby declared to be a State Agency to administer the
provisions of Article 2B of the Code of Public General
Laws of Maryland, title "Alcoholic Beverages", applicable
