"Bridge at Denton", said sections relating to a bridge span-
ning the Choptank River, at Denton.

WHEREAS,, the provisions of this section are no longer neces-
sary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 54 to 58, inclusive, of Article 6 of the Code
of Public Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Caroline
County", sub-title "Bridges77, sub-heading "Bridge at Denton77,
be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1943.

Approved March 23, 1943.

(House Bill 251)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 72 to 75, inclusive, of Article 6 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Caroline County77, sub-title "Bridges77, sub-heading
"Bridges at Williston and Gadd's Wharf", said sections re-
lating to bridges over the Great Choptank River at or near
Williston and at or near Gadd's wharf.

WHEREAS., the provisions of this section are no longer neces-
sary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 72 to 75, inclusive, of Article 6 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Caro-
line County", sub-title "Bridges", sub-heading "Bridges at Wil-
liston and Gadd's Wharf", be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1943.
