less than $10 nor more than $500, or imprisoned for not
more than six months. The fines collected hereunder shall
be appropriated for the use of the Commission of State
Forests and. Parks and applied to the administration of
this law.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, If any provision of
this Act or the application thereof to any person or cir-
cumstances is held to be invalid by any Court of competent
jurisdiction, it is hereby declared to be the legislative intent
that such shall not affect the validity of any other provi-
sion or of such application to other persons or circum-
stances.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That all Acts or
parts of Acts inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed.
SEC. 4. And be it further enacted. That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 43 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Health", sub-title
"Infectious Diseases", said new section to be known as
Section 80A, and to follow immediately after Section 80 of
said Article, relating to typhoid carriers.

tated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Crimes
and Punishments, " to be under sub-title "Health—Vene-
real Disease Remedies, " said new sections to be known
as Sections 366A and 366B and to follow immediately
after Section 366 of said Article, making it unlawful
