provided, may within ten days from the date of the decision
of the Board, appeal from the action of the Board to the State
License Bureau upon full payment of all costs of the proceed-
ings as hereinbefore provided; the noting of such appeal and
payment of said costs shall stay the order of the Board pend-
ing the determination of the appeal. It shall be the duty of
the State License Bureau to hear and determine all such ap-
peals within thirty days from the date of the receipt of the
papers and testimony from the Board originally hearing the
application, complaint or charges, and if the decision appealed
from is reversed, the costs paid by the appellants shall be re-
coverable by the appellants from the appellees, in a civil
action, and failure of the Bureau to determine the appeal
within a period of thirty days, after the record has been filed
as above provided, shall be considered an automatic affirmance
of the local board's decision unless the time has been extended
by the Bureau for a good cause shown.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all laws or parts of
laws, whether Public General or Public Local Laws, inconsist-
ent with the provisions of this Act, be and they are hereby
repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted., That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1943.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
207 of Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Anne Arundel County, "
sub-title "County Commissioners, " as said section was
amended by Chapter 83 of the Acts of 1939, reducing
the number of County Commissioners of Anne Arundel
County, providing for their nomination and election, re-
lating to their qualifications and compensation, and pro-
viding for a referendum thereon.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 207 of Article 2 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Anne Arundel
County, " sub-title "County Commissioners, " as said section
was amended by Chapter 83 of the Acts of 1939, be and it
