person who issued said license and with this information the
Commission is authorized to issue a duplicate angler's license
and button or badge at a cost not to exceed Seventy-five Cents
(75c).

The Commission is hereby authorized to issue annually not
to exceed twenty (20) complimentary anglers licenses and
buttons or badges to the following persons (a) the Chief
Executive of the United States, (b) the Governor of any
State, (e) to authorized officials of the Game and Fish De-
partments of other States. Such licenses shall not be trans-
ferable and shall be issued without fee on such forms as the
Commission may designate.

107. LEASE DEEP CREEK LAKE. The Game and Inland Fish
Commission shall not at any time during the term of the lease
between the Eastern Land Corporation and Pennsylvania Elec-
tric Company dated June 8, 1942, applying to Deep Creek
Lake, close to the public any part of the area except it may
at its discretion and for the proper propagation of fish close
tributaries to the area for their length, not to exceed three
at any one time, or it may prohibit fishing during the period
between one hour after sunset and half an hour before sun-
rise if it deems it necessary for the proper policing of the
area.

108. BOATS ON DEEP CREEK LAKE. Every motor boat used
on Deep Creek Lake shall conform to the federal regulations
as to lights, life preservers, and other equipment for motor
boats. Each motor boat so used on the waters of the Lake
shall be under the supervision of the Game and Inland Fish
Commission, its deputy game wardens in charge of the area,
whose duty it shall be to see that no boats shall be permitted
to ply the waters of this Lake that are not complying with the
federal regulations, or which are polluting the waters with oil
or other waste, and the said Game and Inland Fish Commission
and its deputy game wardens are hereby authorized and em-
powered to arrest anyone using a motor boat in violation of
the above regulations and shall be further empowered to re-
move such boats from said Lake until the owner or operator
of said boat has corrected these irregularities.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a motor boat
on said Lake at high speed nearer than one hundred and fifty
feet from a canoe or rowboat propelled by oar or sail or to come
into any wharf or bathing shore at high speed.

109. WHARF, PIER, DOCK, ETC., PROHIBITED. It shall be
unlawful for any person to build, construct, or have con-
structed or place any wharf, pier, dock, float, or any projec-
tion along or running into or over the waters of Deep Creek
Lake without first obtaining from the Game and Inland Fish
