tidal waters of this State, said fine or fines so imposed shall
be paid to the Game and Inland Fish Commission and credited
to the State Game Protection Fund to be used as provided by
law.

DYNAMITING AND POISONING STREAMS
UNLAWFUL—PENALTY.

92. No person shall place in any of the waters of this State,
including lakes or ponds, any lime, poison, acid, sawdust,
shaving, or other substance whatsoever deleterious to or de-
structive to fish life, or place, throw, or make use of in any
non-tidal waters of this State (except the Commission shall
be empowered to issue permits to persons making application
for same to use dynamite for bona fide engineering, milling, or
mining projects), any dynamite or other explosive substance;
under a penalty of not less than One Hundred Dollars
(f 100. 00) nor more than Three Hundred Dollars ($300. 00), or
imprisonment for not less than one (1) year nor more than
three (3) years, or be both fined and imprisoned in the dis-
cretion of the Court.

BLACK BASS.

93. It shall be unlawful to take or catch any large or small
mouth black bass from any non-tidal waters of this State by
any means at any time except with rod, hook and line. Artifi-
cial lures are legal.

REGULATIONS FOR TAKING OF GAME AND FRESH
WATER FISH IN NON-TIDAL WATERS.

94. No person shall fish for or catch any game or fresh
water fish except during such periods and in such manner as
provided for in this Article.

OPEN SEASONS FOR TAKING OF GAME AND FRESH
WATER FISH.

95. The open season for taking of game and fresh water
fish in non-tidal waters shall be as follows:
Large and Small Mouth Bass.... July 1 to November 30.
Susquehanna Salmon, Pike

or Pickerel................... July 1 to November 30.

Rock or Striped Bass........... June 1 to November 30.

Brook, Brown, and Rainbow

Trout........................ April 15 to July 15.

Shad, Hickory Shad, and

Herring...................... March 15 to June 20.
