sub-title "Stevedores", be and the same is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on June 1, 1941.

CHAPTER 77.
(Senate Bill 121)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments Section 465
of Article 13 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
title "Harford County", sub-title "Taxes and County
Treasurer".

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 465 of Article 13 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Harford County", sub-title
"Taxes and County Treasurer", be and it is hereby repealed
and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

465. The County Commissioners shall close the annual levy
for the year 1942 and complete the same on the first day of
November, 1941, and on the same day in each succeeding year
shall close and complete the annual levy, should the first day
of November fall on Sunday however then said action shall be
taken on the following day, and the fiscal year for Harford
County shall hereafter begin on the first day of January in
each year.

SEC. 2. Be it further enacted, That all laws or parts of
laws, whether public general or public local, inconsistent with
the provisions of this Act be and they are hereby repealed to
the extent of such inconsistency.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1941.
