CHAPTER 73.
(Senate Bill 112)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 37-40, inclusive, of Article 7
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Carroll County", sub-title "County Com-
missioners", said sections authorizing the County Com-
missioners of Carroll County to subscribe to the stock of
turnpike companies.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 37-40, inclusive, of Article 7 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Carroll County", subtitle "County Commis-
sioners", be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1941.

CHAPTER 74.

(Senate Bill 136)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sec-
tion 344 of Article 6 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Caroline County",
sub-title "Jurors".

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 344 of Article 6 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Caroline County", sub-title "Jurors", be and the same is
hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:
