SEC. 2 And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1941.

CHAPTER 517.

(Senate Bill 338)

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 65 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Militia",
sub-title "Arsenal and Veterans Memorial Commission",
said new section to be known as Section 94 of said Ar-
ticle and to follow immediately after Section 93, provid-
ing that the Arsenal and Veterans Memorial Commission
shall have full power and authority to demolish and re-
move certain buildings unnecessary for the purposes of
said sub-title, and further providing that said Commis-
sion shall have full power and authority to sell or lease
any part of said property or dedicate the same, and
with the Board of Public Works to execute deeds there-
for, and providing for the expenditure of the proceeds
thereof.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sec-
tions 113 and 116 of Article '41 of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Governor—Execu-
tive and Administrative Departments", sub-title "Execu-
tive Departments", sub-heading "State Librarian", re-
lating to the distribution of laws and public documents.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 113 and 116 of Article 41 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Gov-
ernor—Executive and Administrative Departments", sub-
title "Executive Department", sub-heading "State Li-
brarians", be and they are hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments to read as follows:
