AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, sub-
sections (n) and (o) of Section 1 of Article 2B of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1939) Edition), title
"Alcoholic Beverages", defining "Hotel" and "Res-
taurant".

CHAPTER 481.
(Senate Bill 157)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 866-868, inclusive, of Article
11 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Frederick County", sub-title "Wolves
and Foxes", relating to the payment of bounties for the
killing of wolves.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 866-868, inclusive, of Article 11
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Frederick County", sub-title "Wolves and
Foxes", be, and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. Be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1941.

CHAPTER 482.
(Senate Bill 158)

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 72 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland, (1939 Edition), title "Oysters",
sub-title "Tonging", said new section to be known as
Section 7 A and to follow immediately after Section 7 of
said Article, making it unlawful to catch or take oysters
in the waters of Calvert County in the area known as
Flag Pond Rock, except by ordinary rakes and tongs.
