AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
189 of Article 12 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Garrett County", sub-
title "Friendsville", exempting from municipal taxation
certain buildings and personal effects on land within the
town of Friendsville not laid out as town lots or as
town property.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 189 of Article 12 of the Code of
