or crow, within the limits of Washington County, shall be
entitled to the following allowance or bounty, viz: For each
fox, the sum of $2. 00; for each wildcat, the sum of $2. 00;
for each weasel, the sum of f. 50; for each goshawk, sharp shin,
and Cooper's hawk, the sum of f. 50; for each horned owl, the
sum of $1. 00.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1941.

CHAPTER 441.

(House Bill 428)

AN ACT to repeal Section 103 of Article 48A of Flack's Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Insurance",
sub-title "Fire Insurance", and to enact in lieu thereof
eighteen new sections to be known as Sections 103, 103A,
103B, 103C, 103D, 103E, 103F, 103G, 103H, 103-1, 103J,
103K, 103L, 103M, 103N, 103-O, 103P and 10BQ, to follow
immediately after Section 102, and to comprise a new sub-
title "Lloyds", prescribing conditions, requirements and
regulations for the authorization, organization, admission
and operation of individuals and aggregations of individuals
transacting an insurance business through an attorney-in-
fact under the name Lloyds or under a Lloyds plan of opera-
tion.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted Ity the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 103 of Flack's Annotated Code of Maryland
(1939 Edition), be and the same is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That eighteen new sec-
tions be and the same are hereby added to Article 48A of
Flack's Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title
"Insurance", said new sections to be known as Sections 103,
103A, 103B, 103C, 103D, 103E, 103F, 103G, 103H, 103-1, 103J,
103K, 103L, 103M, 103N, 103-O, 103P and 103Q, to follow im-
mediately after Section 102, under a new sub-title "Lloyds",
and to read as follows:

103. Scope of Act:

(1) This Act shall apply to all individuals and aggregations
of individuals transacting an insurance business in this State
