3. That the Town of University Park shall be divided into
four wards, as follows:

The first ward shall consist of that portion of land con-
tained in the area bounded by the west side of the Washington-
Baltimore Boulevard and Wells Boulevard and running south
along said west side of the Washington-Baltimore Boulevard to
Colesville Road, thence west along the Colesville Road to Ella-
ville Street, thence north along Ellaville Street to the south
side of Wells Boulevard, thence east along Wells Boulevard to
the Washington-Baltimore Boulevard.

The second ward shall consist of that portion of land com-
mencing with the west side of Ellaville Street and Wells
Boulevard, thence south along Ellaville Street to Colesville
Road, thence west along Colesville Road to University Drive,
thence north on Colesville Road to Bowen Place, thence east
along Bowen Place to Wells Boulevard, thence southeasterly
along Wells Boulevard to Ellaville Street.

The third ward shall consist of that portion of land con-
tained in the area bounded by the Southwest corner of Wash-
ington-Baltimore Boulevard and University Drive, thence
south along the Washington-Baltimore Boulevard to Wells
Boulevard, thence west along Wells Boulevard to University
Drive, thence northeast along the east side of University Drive
to Washington-Baltimore Boulevard.

The fourth ward shall consist of that portion of land con-
tained in the area bounded by the Northeast corner of Bowen
Place and Colesville Road, thence northwesterly along Coles-
ville Road to Wells Boulevard, thence southeasterly along
Wells Boulevard and continuing along the South 71 degrees
24 minutes east line of the whole tract of University Park to
a point, near the southeast side of College Heights Drive a cor-
ner of Lot No. 17, Block No. 27, Section No. 7, of University
Park, thence southeasterly binding on Lot No. 17 for a dis-
tance of 113. 47 feet, thence northeasterly binding on Lot No.
16, Block No. 27, and on Lot No. 3, Block No. 28, Section No.
7, University Park to the northern most corner of Lot No. 3,
thence southeasterly binding on Blocks Nos. 28 and 26 of Sec-
tion No. 7 and Section No. 6A, University Park to University
Drive, thence Southwesterly along University Drive to the
northern most corner of University Drive and Wells Boule-
vard East, thence northwesterly along Wells Boulevard East
to Beech Street, thence southwesterly across Beech Street to
Wells Boulevard West, thence southerly along Wells Boule-
vard West to Bowen Place and thence southwesterly along
Bowen Place to the beginning.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1941.
