CHAPTER 412.

AN ACT to add two new sections to Article 2 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Anne Arundel County", sub-title "Amusement Devices",
said new sections to be known as Sections 522A and 522B
and to follow immediately after Section 522 of said Article,
relating to the licensing of Pin Ball Machines and similar
devices in Anne Arundel County, providing penalties for
violations thereof and providing for the enforcement thereof
and providing for a referendum thereon.

CHAPTER 413.
(House Bill 311)
AN ACT to repeal Sections 342A and 342B of Article 24 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Worcester County'7, sub-title "Wild Animals" as said
sections were added by Chapter 427 of the Acts of 1939,
and to enact in lieu thereof a new section, to be known as
Section 342A and to follow immediately after Section 342
of said Article, providing for the payment of bounties for
the killing of gray foxes and repealing the provision for
the payment of bounties for the killing of hawks and owls
in Worcester County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 342A and 342B of Article 24 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Worcester County", sub-title "Wild Animals", as said sections
were added by Chapter 427 of the Acts of 1939, be and they
are hereby repealed and that a new section, to be known as
Section 342A and to follow immediately after Section 342 of
said Article, be and it is hereby enacted in lieu thereof, to
read as follows:
342A. Any citizen of Worcester County who shall kill or
destroy a gray fox shall be entitled a an allowance or bounty
of $1. 10 for same. To obtain such allowance, it shall be
necessary for the person killing such gray fox to produce
the head, skin or scalp of the same before some Justice of
the Peace in said County and at the same time make oath
