ing an elk or deer and not reporting the kill to the State Game
Warden as provided herein shall be deemed guilty of misde-
meanor and upon conviction before a Justice of the Peace of
this State shall be fined not less than Five Dollars ($5. 00) nor
more than Twenty-five Dollars ($25. 00) for each and every
offense.
If any clause, sentence, paragraph or section of this sub-
title shall, for any reason, be adjudged by any court of com-
petent jurisdiction to be unconstitutional and invalid, such
judgment shall not affect, impair or invalidate the remainder
thereof, but shall be confined in its operation to, the clause,
sentence, paragraph, or section thereof, so found unconstitu-
tional and invalid.
SEC. 3. And be It further enacted, That all Acts or parts
of Acts heretofore enacted inconsistent with this Act be and
they are hereby repealed.
SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That whenever the terms
"Conservation Commission", "Conservation Department",
"Conservation Commissioner" or "Game Division of the Con-
servation Department of Maryland" appear in any Sections
of Article 99, they shall be deemed to refer to the State Game
and Inland Fish Commission created by Chapter 354, Acts
of 1939.
SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1941.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections
74, 75. 76, 77, 78, 82, 83, 86 and 87 of Article 41 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Governor-
Executive and Administrative Departments", sub-title
"Division of Parole and Probation", relating to the powers,
duties and employees of the Department of Parole and Pro-
bation, defining Probation, and abolishing the Board of
Parole and Probation.
