however, that the above provisions as to reports shall not apply
to persons licensed in Howard County.

Any licensee who shall take in any manner any game birds,
game animals, or fur-bearing animals and who shall fail to
submit to the Commission the report of game birds, game
animals or fur-bearing animals taken or killed as required by
this Act shall be sentenced to pay a fine of Two Dollars ($2. 00)
and costs for prosecution.

In case a person shall lose his hunter's license and tag, he
may make affidavit as to date of issuance, number, description
as provided therein, giving name of clerk or person who issued
said license, and with this information the Commission is
authorized to issue a duplicate hunting license and tag or
license or tag at the cost of fifty percent (50%) of the original
cost, not to exceed seventy-five cents (75). The Commission
is hereby authorized to issue annually, not to exceed twenty
(20) complimentary hunter's licenses and tags to the follow-
ing persons: (a) The Chief Executive of the United States,
(b) the Governor of any State, (c) to authorize officials of
the Game and Fish Departments of other States. Such li-
censes shall not be transferable and shall be issued without
fee on such form as the Commission may designate.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1941.

CHAPTER 368.
(House Bill 110)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 11
of Article 30 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939
Edition), title "Deaf, Dumb and Blind", sub-title "Work-
shop and School for Blind", relating to the operation of
rending stands by blind persons in certain public buildings,
including those located in parks, playgrounds and other
recreational centers.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 11 of Article 30 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Deaf, Dumb and Blind", sub-
title "Workshop and School for Blind", be and it is hereby
repealed and re-enacted with amendments to read as follows:

11. The Maryland Workshop for the Blind shall have au-
thority to issue licenses to blind persons who are citizens of
