CHAPTER 359.
(Senate Bill 393)

AN ACT to repeal Section 386 of Article 15 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title,
"Kent County", sub-title "Swine", said Section relating
to the running at large of swine in the Village of Ches-
terville.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 386 of Article 15 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition, title "Kent
County", sub-title "Swine", be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1st, 1941.

Approved April 23, 1941.

CHAPTER 360.
(Senate Bill 395)

AN ACT to repeal Section 159 of Article 15 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Kent County", sub-title "Cruelty to Animals".

WHEREAS, This section has been superseded by the gen-
eral State law and is no longer effective, therefore,

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 159 of Article 15 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Kent County", sub-title "Cruelty to Animals", be and it
is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1st, 1941.

Approved April 23, 1941.
