road or street and running with the dividing lines between the
said tract and the lands of William Bradford, Jr., the two fol-
lowing courses and distances, to wit: north seventy-six (76)
degrees forty-five (45) minutes thirty (30) seconds east eleven
hundred and thirty-seven and ninety-four one-hundredths
(1137. 94) feet to a stake, and north fourteen (14) degrees
fifty-one (51) minutes no (00) seconds west four hundred and
thirty-eight and ninety one-hundredths (438. 90) feet to a large
granite stone, at a corner of the said Lavinia Bradford's land
and thence, north twenty (20) degrees forty-two (42) minutes
no (00) seconds west four hundred and twelve and seventy-
four one-hundredths (412. 74) feet to a corner of the lands of
Charles H. McComas, and thence with the westerly side of the
lands of the said McComas, north seventeen (17) degrees forty-
nine (49) minutes thirty (30) seconds west ten hundred and
thirty-one and fifty-nine one-hundredths (1031. 59) feet to the
middle of the Aberdeen and Havre de Grace Road, and thence
leaving the middle of the said road and running through and
across the lands of Doctor William S. Archer, north twenty-
two (22) degrees eleven (11) minutes thirty (30) seconds west
twelve hundred and fifteen no (00) one-hundredths (1215. 00)
feet to a stake set in the dividing line between the lands of Dr.
William S. Archer and that part of the land formerly belong-
ing to the late Edwin H. Webster that was previously sub-
divided and called "Ingleside", and thence running through
the said sub-division called "Ingleside" north four (4) degrees
thirty-five (35) minutes thirty (30) seconds east eight hun-
dred and seventy-four and ninety-eight one-hundredths
(874. 98) feet to a white marble stone marked "M" at the east-
most corner of several lots of land formerly belonging to Ola
MacLean, and thence, north sixty (60) degrees five (5) minutes
thirty (30) seconds west one hundred and forty-three and
thirty one-hundredths (143. 30) feet to the center of a large
niggerhead stone which formerly had been a corner of the
lands of the late Edwin H. Webster, and of the McCormick
lands, and thence by a line running through the Webster land
and afterwards with the dividing line between the Webster
lands and the McCormick lands, north twenty-four (24) de-
grees six (06) minutes ten (10) seconds east ten hundred and
forty-two and twenty-one one-hundredths (1042. 21) feet to a
post on the south side of the lane or private road leading to
"Poplar Grove" homestead, it being a corner of the Webster
and of the McCormick lands, and thence running with another
dividing line between the Webster and the McCormick lands,
and bounding on the south side of the aforesaid lane, north
seventy-one (71) degrees thirty-nine (39) minutes no (00)
seconds west two hundred and thirty-five and eighty one-hun-
dredths (235. 80) feet to a stake, and thence crossing the said!
