Officer is authorized to proceed against the owner or owners
thereof if known, in the manner prescribed by Section 302
of this title and sub-title, or if such owner, occupier or agent
is not able to be found, to proceed in the manner prescribed
in Section 302A of this title and sub-title.

313C. It shall not be lawful for any person or persons to
deposit on any lot or tract of land in Baltimore County, any
manure, except upon a permit from the County Health Officer,
and then only upon such terms and conditions as said Health
Officer may prescribe in said permit. Any person violating
the provision of this section shall be deemed guilty of a mis-
demeanor and upon conviction, shall be subjected to a fine of
not less than Ten Dollars, nor more than One Hundred Dol-
lars, and each day's violation of the provision of this section
shall be considered a separate offense.

313D. No person shall cast, throw, discharge or cause to
flow into any streets, lanes, alleys or streams of Baltimore
County, any blood or foul or nauseous liquid, or other liquid
or offensive matter which is likely to become a nuisance or a
menace to public health after exposure to the atmosphere,
nor shall keep, collect, use or suffer to remain on their premises
any nauseous liquor, stagnant water or other offensive matter.
Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be
deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction, shall be
subjected to a fine of not less than Ten Dollars nor more
than One Hundred Dollars, and each day's violation of the
provisions of this section shall be considered a separate
offense.

313E. No person or corporation owning, operating, man-
aging or controlling any gasoline Service station, oil storage
depot, garage, factory or industrial plant, shall permit any
refuse oil, oil matter or other offensive liquid or matter which
is likely to become a nuisance or a menace to the public health
to flow into any of the streets, lanes, alleys, streams or ad-
joining properties in Baltimore County. Any violation of the
provisions of this section shall be a misdemeanor and upon
conviction, the offender shall be subject to a fine of not less
than Twenty-five Dollars nor more than Five Hundred Dollars,
and each day's violation of the provisions hereof shall be con-
sidered a separate offense.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That Sections 309 and 312 of Article 3 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Baltimore County", sub-title "Health and Sanitation", be and
the same are hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amend-
ments, to read as follows:
