with amendments, Sections 309 and 312 of Article 3 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Baltimore County", sub-title "Health and Sanitation";
and to repeal Section 313 of Article 3 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Baltimore
County", sub-title "Health and Sanitation", and to enact in
lieu thereof a new section to be known as Section 313 of
said Article, all dealing generally with regulations for the
prevention of nuisances and unsanitary conditions in Balti-
more County and providing penalties for the violations
thereof.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land., That ten new sections be and they are hereby added to
Article 3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Baltimore County", sub-title "Health and
Sanitation", said new sections to be known respectively as
Sections 302A, 302B, 306A, 309A, 312A, 313A, 313B, 313C,
313D and 313E, said new Sections 302A and 302B to follow
immediately after Section 302 of said Article; said new Sec-
tion 306A to follow immediately after Section 306 of said
Article; said new Section 309A to follow immediately after
Section 309 of said Article; said new Section 312A to follow
immediately after Section 312 of said Article and said new
Sections 313A, 313B, 313C, 313D and 313E to follow imme-
diately after Section 313 of said Article, and to read as fol-
lows:

302A. In. the event no agent, occupier or owner can be
found on whom to serve such notice, the County Health Officer
is authorized, after giving two weeks notice by publication in
one or more newspapers published in Baltimore County, of his
intention so to do, to have such unhealthy nuisance or cause
removed, the cost of removing such nuisance or cause of such
nuisance to be recovered from the owner of the property upon
which such nuisance is found to exist, by adding the amount
of the expenses incurred in such removal to the amount of
current taxes due upon the land, lot or premises from which
such removal was made, and upon certification by the County
Health Officer, the Treasurer of Baltimore County is author-
ized and directed to cause the amount of such removal so
certified by the County Health Officer to be added to the
current tax bill of the owner of such land, lot or premises,
and to have the same proceedings upon the failure of said
owner to pay the same as are now or may hereafter be pro-
vided for the collection of State and County taxes.

302B. Whenever any person or persons shall occupy, or
shall be in actual possession, or have charge, care or control
