principal and interest requirements of said bonds, and shall
annually fix the water service charge of said District at such
a sum as to produce, in addition to the costs of said service,,
and the requirements of any other bonds issued and out-
standing the annual requirements of which are to be paid
out of said water service, the amount determined as necessary
to pay the annual requirements of the bonds hereby author-
ized. The sum so collected annually from water service
charges shall be deducted from the amount which the Com-
mission has determined to be necessary to be raised by direct
taxation upon certification to the County Commissioners of
said Counties.

SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That the Washington
Suburban Sanitary Commission is hereby empowered and
authorized to accept from the Government of the United States
or any of its agencies any gift, advance or loan which, in the
opinion of the said Commission, may be advantageous as a con-
tribution or advance on the cost of the construction provided
for in Section 2 hereof, and the said Commission and its
officers are authorized to enter into any contract or agreement
with the Government of the United States or any of its
agencies for the purpose of effecting any such gift, advance or
loan.

SEC. 6. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall be-
come effective on June 1, 1941.

CHAPTER 281.
(House Bill 353)

AN ACT to add ten new sections to Article 3 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Balti-
more County", sub-title "Health and Sanitation", said new
sections to be known respectively as Sections 302A, 302B,
306A, 309A, 312A, 313A, 313B, 313G, 313D and 313E, said
new Sections 302A and 302B to follow immediately after
Section 302 of said Article; said new Section 306A to follow
immediately after Section 306 of said Article; said new
Section 309A to follow immediately after Section 309 of
said Article; said new Section 312A to follow immediately
after Section 312 of said Article; and said new Sections
313A, 313B, 313C, 313D and 313E to follow immediately
after Section 313 of said Article; and to repeal and re-enact,,
