430C. The tax so levied for the ensuing year shall be
collected by the tax collecting authorities and every sixty days
they shall remit the whole amount of the tax so collected to the
Commission.

430D. From the money so received, together with the
amount in hand to the credit of said Bond Fund, the Com-
mission shall first pay all interest on said Bonds as it matures,
and shall then deposit the residue of said monies in some
bank or banks to the joint credit of the County Commissioners
and the Commission, as a joint fund to be known as the "Sink-
ing Fund Account", which shall be retained and utilized for
payment of principal of said Bonds as they respectively mature.

430E. The Commission and the County Commissioners shall
from time to time invest said Sinking Fund in securities in
which National Banks of the United States are authorized to
invest their savings or Trust Funds, or said Sinking Fund
may be devoted to the purchase of Bonds issued by the Com-
mission, either on the open market or at private sale by the
Commission, which shall include the right to purchase an
entire issue of Bonds from the Commission at the time of their
issuance, provided such issue shall not exceed $25, 000. 00 in
aggregate par amount, and provided any such purchase of the
Bonds of the Commission for the account of the Sinking Fund
shall be made with the consent of the Board of County Com-
missioners. Any such sale of Bonds by the Commission to
itself for the account of the Sinking Fund may be made at
par or market, whichever is lower.

430F. The Commission is authorized to pay out of the pro-
ceeds of sale of any Bonds, all expenses incurred in such sale,
including the first year's interest due thereon.

430G. Should receipts from said tax or other sources be
inadequate to deposit the years Sinking Fund increment on
said Bonds by reason of default or otherwise, such deficiency
may be added to and collected in the next years tax, or the
County Commissioners may levy against all taxable property
in Anne Arundel County a sufficient sum to make up the
deficiency.

431A. The Commission is hereby authorized and empow-
ered to extend its water and sewer systems to insure to any
community within or without its districts progress of the
natural growth of improvements within the plan and purpose
of its charter within limitations hereinafter set forth.
