to carry out the provisions of this Act under the provisions
of Article 33A of the Annotated Code, and as provided in
Section 47 of Article 77 of the Code, 1939.

SEC. 10. And be it further enacted, That the questions
whether said "Kent County Public School Bonds, 1941"
shall or shall not be issued by the County Commissioners
of Kent County, for the purposes set forth in this Act, shall
be submitted to the registered and qualified voters of Kent
County on Tuesday, the 24th day of June, in the year 1941,
at a special election to be then held at which said special
election the polls shall be open at 7: 00 A. M. and shall close
at 7: 00 P. M. and the Supervisors of Election of Kent
County are hereby directed to have ballots printed to be
used in said election in compliance with the General Elec-
tion Laws of the State of Maryland, the following questions,
to wit:

"Shall or shall not Kent County Public School Bonds of
the par value of $350, 000. 00 be issued by the County
Commissioners of Kent County, the proceeds to be used
for the purchase of land, construction and equipment of
junior-senior high school and the equipment of junior high
schools for white youths of Kent County as provided by
Chapter — of the Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-
land of 1941";

"Shall or shall not Kent County Public School Bonds of
the par value of $50, 000. 00 be issued by the County Com-
missioners of Kent County, the proceeds to be used for the
construction and equipment of a junior-senior high school
for colored youths of Kent County as provided by Chapter
— of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of
1941"; immediately after which shall be printed on sep-
arate lines with a square box to the right and opposite the
words: "For Kent County Public School Bonds for junior-
senior high school and junior high schools for white youths
of Kent County" and a corresponding square to the right
and opposite the words: "Against Kent County Public
School Bonds for junior-senior high school and junior high
schools for white youths of Kent County", and immedi-
ately after which shall be printed on separate lines with a
square box to the right and opposite the words:

"For Kent County Public School Bonds for junior-senior
high school for colored youths of Kent County" and a cor-
responding square to the right and opposite the words:
"Against Kent County Public School Bonds for junior-
senior high school for colored youths of Kent County".

The Supervisors of Election of Kent County shall give
notice at least fifteen days before the said election by
advertisement in three newspapers published in Kent
