CHAPTER 189.
(Senate Bill 246)

AN ACT to repeal Section 170 of Article 22 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Washington County", sub-title "Cruelty to Animals".

Whereas, The provisions to which this section applies
are no longer in effect, therefore,

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 170 of Article 22 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, (1930 Edition), title
"Washington County", sub-title "Cruelty to Animals", be
and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1941.

Approved April 15, 1941.

CHAPTER 190.
(Senate Bill 239)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 632 and 633 of Article 22 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Washington County", sub-title "Liens", said sec-
tions relating to garage liens.

WHEREAS, Sections 41 to 45 of Article 63 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), contain general
provisions relating to liens of garages, therefore,

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 632 and 633 of Article 22 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Washington County", sub-title "Liens", be and they
are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1941.

Approved April 15, 1941.
