five dollars ($25. 00). The County Commissioners shall
publish such regulations at least once in a newspaper of
general circulation in the County before they become effec-
tive, and may require them to be kept posted in places to
which they apply.
SEC, 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1941.

CHAPTER 183.
(Senate Bill 102)
AN ACT to add four new sections to Article 2 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Anne Arundel County", sub-title "Trespassing", said
new sections to be known as Sections 5Q6-A, 506-B,
506-C and 506-D to follow immediately after Section
506 of said Article, relating to trespassing on private.
property by persons and relating to the parking of
vehicles upon private property contrary to the wishes
or notice of the owner, lessee or custodian of such pri-
vate property, and providing penalties for violations
thereof and providing for the removal of such vehicles,
and relating to the costs and expenses thereof.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That four new sections be and they are hereby
added to Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Anne Arundel County",
sub-title "Trespassing", said new sections to be known
as Sections 506-A, 506-B 506-C and 506-D, to follow im-
mediately after Section 506 of said Article and to read as
follows:
506-A. Any person who shall enter upon or into any
bathing beach, or other place of public resort in Anne
Arundel County, contrary to the regulations governing ad-
missions thereto, posted at the entrance thereof, or to avoid
the payment of any admission or entrance fee to any such
place, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon convic-
tion thereof, shall be fined not less than One Dollar nor
more than Twenty-five Dollars.
506-B. Any person who shall drive or park any auto-
mobile or other vehicle on or upon any private lot, field,
