wise dispose of any alcoholic beverages on Sunday. Any per-
son selling or any licensed dealer delivering, giving away or
otherwise disposing of such beverages in Talbot or in Queen
Anne's Counties on Sunday shall be guilty of a misdemeanor
and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not exceeding
fifty ($50. 00) dollars for the first offense and for each suc-
ceeding offense shall be fined not exceeding one hundred
($100. 00) dollars, or imprisoned in the County Jail for not
more than thirty (30) days, or be both fined and imprisoned,
in the discretion of the Court.

This section shall not apply to or affect Class F Licenses
issued under Article 2B of the Code of Public General Laws
of Maryland.

SEC. 2. And ~b e it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1941.

CHAPTER 178.
(House Bill 259)

AN ACT to require the County Commissioners of Somerset
County, Maryland, to include in the levy for the year 1941
a sum of money to reimburse the contesting parties for their
expenses arising from the election contest for County
Commissioner.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the County Commissioners of Somerset County,
Maryland, be and they are hereby authorized and directed to
include in their levy for the year 1941 the sum of seven hun-
dred dollars; one-half of said sum so levied shall be paid to
Charles M. Fontaine and one-half to W. Clyde Ford, Jr., to
reimburse them for costs and expenses incurred by them in
the contest for the office of County Commissioner for said
Somerset County, arising from the general election of 1938.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1941.
