AN ACT to repeal Section 89 of Article 11 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Frederick County'7, sub-title "Circuit Court", sub-heading
"Inspection of Records. "
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 89 of Article 11 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Frederick County",
sub-title "Circuit Court", sub-heading "Inspection of Records",
be and the same is hereby repealed.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1941.

CHAPTER 172.
(House Bill 386)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 80
and 81 of Article 12 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Garrett County", sub-title
"County Commissioners", relating to the nomination and
election of County Commissioners.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 80 and 81 of Article 12 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Garrett
County", sub-title "County Commissioners", be and they are
hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments to read as
follows:
80. At the general election to be held on the first Tuesday
after the first Monday of November, nineteen hundred and
forty-two, there shall be elected three County Commissioners
for Garrett County and at every general election in every
fourth year thereafter, there shall be elected three commis-
sioners, and said commissioners so elected shall receive the
same compensation as now provided by law.
81. For the purpose of electing County Commissioners,
Garrett County shall be divided into three County Commis-
sioners' Districts, as follows:
(1) The first County Commissioners' District shall be com-
posed of the First, Fourth, Tenth, Twelfth and Thirteenth
Election Districts;
