George's County or any political subdivision or municipality
thereof.

983R. It shall be the duty of the County Health Officer
and also of the County Police to enforce this sub-title.

983S. No person, firm or corporation shall maintain, con-
duct or carry on a trailer camp within Prince George's County
without first obtaining a license therefor from the Clerk of
the Circuit Court of said County and shall pay therefor the
sum of Twenty-five Dollars ($25. 00), and the Clerk shall also
collect Fifty Cents (50) for the cost of issuing the said
license.

983T. Such licenses provided in the two aforegoing sections
shall expire the first day of May next after issuance, but when
the person, firm or corporation engages in such business in
the second half of such license year, the license fee, for that
half of that year, shall be one-half of the amounts specified
hereinbefore.

983U. Any person maintaining, conducting or carrying on
a trailer camp as defined in this Act without first obtaining the
license as herein required, shall on conviction thereof, be sub-
ject to a fine of not less than Twenty-five Dollars ($25. 00),
and in default of payment of such fine shall be committed to
the County Jail for not exceeding twenty-five (25) days, and
each day such camp is so maintained, conducted and carried
on shall constitute a separate offense.

983V. The Clerk of the Circuit Court shall monthly remit
all license fees collected by him under the provisions of this
Act to the Board of County Commissioners, who shall devote
the same to the general purposes of the County.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, If any section, sub-sec-
tion, sentence, clause or phrase of this Act is for any reason
held to be unconstitutional, such decision shall not affect the
validity of the remaining portions of this Act. The General
Assembly hereby declares that it would have passed this Act
and each section, sub-section, sentence, clause and phrase
thereof, irrespective of the fact that any one or more sections,
sub-sections, sentences, clauses or phrases be declared uncon-
stitutional.

SEC. 3. And be It further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1941.
