at the time of the application for the license, a regular or
championship golf course of nine holes or more, or in lieu
of said golf course, a swimming pool at least 20 by 40 feet
in size, and at least six lawn tennis courts. Such license shall
authorize the holder thereof to keep for sale and to sell any
alcoholic beverage purchased from the Liquor Control Board
for Montgomery County, at retail, to any customer at the
place described in said license, for consumption on or off its
premises. The annual fee for such a license shall be five hun-
dred dollars ($500. 00) and shall be paid to said clerk before
any such license is issued. The application for any such license
filed on behalf of any country club in Montgomery County,
shall be signed by at least one officer of such club who need
not be a resident or registered voter or taxpayer of Montgom-
ery County. The hours during which the privileges conferred
by such a license may be exercised shall be from 6 A. M. to
2 o'clock A. M. on the following day except that no sale shall
be permitted on Sunday between 2 A. M. and 11 A. M., nor
on the day of any general, special or primary election during
the hours when the polls are open, or within one hour there-
after. Said license shall be subject to the other provisions of
this Article and all such licenses shall be subject to revocation,
suspension or restriction as herein provided.

(3) County Restaurant License (On Sale Generally). Such
a license shall be issued by the Clerk of the Circuit Court of
Montgomery County, upon the advice and approval of the
Liquor Control Board, to the owner of any restaurant which
is located in the Fourth, Eighth and Tenth Election Districts
of said County and was doing1 business in 1932, and which
had a seating capacity of thirty (30) chairs and capital in-
vestment of thirty thousand dollars ($30, 000. 00) or more in
1932. Such license shall authorize the holder thereof to keep
for sale and to sell beer, wine and any alcoholic beverage pur-
chased from the Liquor Control Board for Montgomery Coun-
ty, at retail to any consumer or consumers, at the place in said
license described, for consumption on its premises. The an-
nual fee for such a license shall be seven hundred and fifty
dollars ($750. 00) and shall be payable to said clerk before
any such license is issued as hereinbefore provided. The hours
during which the privileges conferred by such a license may
be exercised shall be from 6 A. M. to 12 o'clock midnight on
every day except that no sale shall be permitted on Sunday
prior to 11 o'clock A. M., nor on the day of any general, spe-
cial, or primary election during the hours when the polls are
open, or within one hour thereafter. Said license shall be
subject to the other provisions of this Article and all such
licenses shall be subject to revocation, suspension, or restric-
tion as herein provided.
