giving and delivering samples of alcoholic beverages to said
Board; provided, however, that any person, firm or corpora-
tion so delivering samples of alcoholic beverages to said Board
shall obtain an official receipt therefor, signed by the General
Manager of the Liquor Control Board, stating in detail the
amount and description of said sample, which samples, when
so received, shall be inventoried and sold as are other bever-
ages purchased by said Board.
Any person, firm, association, corporation or licensee vio-
lating the provisions of this section shall, upon conviction, be
fined not more than five thousand dollars ($5, 000. 00) or im-
prisoned not more than twelve (12) years, or both.
65G. The following several classes of alcoholic beverage
licenses, in addition to those provided for in Section 3 of this
Article, shall be issued by the Clerk of the Circuit Court for
Montgomery County, subject to the approval of the Liquor
Control Board, for use in said County, at the prescribed fees;
and which such licenses, when issued, shall authorize the
doing of the things as in this Act prescribed:
(1) County Beer and Wine License, Class A (Off 8ale)f
Such license shall authorize the holder thereof to keep for
sale, and to sell, at retail at the place described in said license,
beer or wine, purchased from the Liquor Control Board for
Montgomery County, in any quantity to any customer and
to deliver the same in a sealed package or container which
may not be opened nor its contents consumed on the premises
where sold; provided, however, that the word "Wine" herein
shall not prohibit the sale and delivery of wines properly
labeled, respectively, "Light Port", "Light Sherry", "Port",
"Sherry", "Angelica", "Madeira", and "Muscatel", as defined
l>y the Federal Alcoholic Administration. The annual fee for
such a license shall be thirty-five dollars ($35. 00) and shall
foe paid to said clerk, before any such license is issued as
hereinbefore provided. The hours during which the privileges
conferred by such a license may be exercised shall be from
6 A. M. to 12 o'clock midnight on every day except Sunday
and the day of any general, special, or primary election, dur-
ing the hours when the polls are open, or within one hour
thereafter. Said license shall be subject to the other pro-
visions of this Article, and all such licenses shall be subject
to revocation, suspension or restrictions as herein provided.
(2) County Country Club License (On Sale Generally).
Such a license shall be issued by the Clerk of the Circuit Court
of Montgomery County upon the advise and approval of the
Liquor Control Board, to any country club in Montgomery
County applying therefor which has one hundred (100) or
more bona fide members paying dues of not less than fifty
dollars ($50. 00) per annum per member and which maintains
