to sell or expose for sale any fox or fox hide in Talbot
County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 259 of Article 21 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Talbot County", sub-
title "Foxes", be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1941.

CHAPTER 927.
(House Bill 508)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 64 and 65 of Article 2B of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Alco-
holic Beverages", sub-title "County Dispensaries", and to
enact two new sections in lieu thereof, said sections to be
known as Sections 64 and 65 of said Article, and to add
eight new sections to said Article, said new sections to be
known as Sections 65A to 65H, inclusive, and to follow im-
mediately after Section 65 of said Article, relating to the
Liquor Control Board of Montgomery County, its powers,
duties and privileges, and to the licensing and sale of alco-
holic beverages and the disposition of certain proceeds
thereof, and to the power of the County Commissioners to
borrow money for certain purposes, and prescribing penal-
ties for violations of certain sections of this Act.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 64 and 65 of Article 2B of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Alcoholic Beverages",
sub-title "County Dispensaries", be and they are hereby re-
pealed; and that two new sections be and they are hereby
enacted in lieu thereof, said new, sections to be known as Sec-
tions 64 and 65 of said Article; and that eight new sections
be and they are hereby added to said Article, said new sections
to be known as Sections 65A to 65H, inclusive, to follow
immediately after Section 65 of said Article, and all to read
as follows:

64. Liquor Control Board—Appointments, Power and Duties
—Montgomery County. In Montgomery County, the Board of
County Commissioners is hereby authorized and empowered to
