mixed, tangible, or intangible and use the same or the pro-
ceeds therefrom for the maintenance and operation of said
hospital.
SEC. 6. And be It further enacted, That the Board of
County Commissioners of Prince George's County is hereby
given full power and authority to operate and maintain said
hospital, and in the operation thereof shall be authorized to
make such charges for services furnished as in their judgment
are necessary and proper.
SEC. 7. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on June 1, 1941.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections
71, 72 and 74 of Article 48A of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1939 Edition}, title "Insurance", sub-title "Fire In-
vestigation Bureau", and to add two new sections to said
Article and sub-title, to be known as Sections 71A and 71B,,
said new sections to follow immediately after Section 71,
dealing with the promulgation and enforcement of regula-
tions of the Insurance Commissioner for the prevention of
injury to persons, and loss of life or property, from fires,
and explosions.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 71, 72 and 74 of Article 48A of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Insurance",
sub-title "Fire Investigation Bureau", be and the same are
hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, and that
two new sections be and they hereby are added to said Article
and sub-title, said new sections to be known as Sections 71A
and 71B, to follow immediately after Section 71, and all to
read as follows:
71. In addition to the powers conferred by Sections 69,
70, 79, 80 and 81 of this Article, and for the purposes of pre-
venting injury to persons or loss of life or property from fires
or explosions, and to the extent reasonably related to such
purposes and no further, the Insurance Commissioner is:
