dollar for each vehicle so substituted or added to the licensee's
listing.
791. Each retail coal trader shall, before entering into the
business of a retail coal trader in Baltimore County after
June 1, 1941, cause his name or license number, in letters not
less than three inches in height, to be placed and remain on
the outer side of all vehicles owned and operated by him in
his actual delivery service.
792. Any license herein granted shall be summarily revoked
by the County Commissioners of Baltimore County in the
event that the licensee shall fail to maintain his bond as here-
inbefore provided and no surety shall be released from any
bond given in compliance with this ordinance until he shall
have notified said County Commissioners in writing by giving
fifteen days notice of his intention to discontinue and cancel
his bond theretofore given.
793. Nothing in this Act shall apply to or regulate the sale
of coal by carload lots to a single consumer, or the sale or
delivery of coal over railroad coal piers to vessels or boats,
nor shall it apply to or regulate the sale of coal in single
paper sacks by a single peck or bushel, provided the exemp-
tion is not utilized to avoid the provisions of this sub-title;
nor shall it apply to those persons who haul their own coal
supply in trucks titled in their own name.
794. It shall be unlawful for any dealer or distributor of
coal to deliver coal to any customer, purchaser, or buyer
unless the coal so delivered in any particular sale be weighed
and in no instance where coal is sold from a bulk load in
partial delivery will such deliveries be lawful unless they are
weighed separately and a weight ticket accompanies each such
delivery certifying the pounds delivered and that the weight
was so determined by a weightmaster duly licensed by the
Bureau of Mines on scales located within this State which
have been tested, approved, and sealed within twelve months
by said Bureau.
795. All sums received by the Clerk of the Circuit Court
for Baltimore County for the issuance of licenses or certifi-
cates under the provisions of this sub-title, shall be paid over
to the County Commissioners of Baltimore County who shall
use such sums and employ an officer or officers to enforce this
Act and to defray the costs and expenses incurred in admin-
istering and enforcing the provisions of this sub-title.
795A. Any person violating any of the provisions of this
sub-title shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction
