Maryland, in Liber J. W. S. No. 232, folio 463, etc.
153. To deed from Elizabeth Eceleston, unmarried, to the
Holy Cross Foreign Mission Society, Inc., an educational and
charitable corporation under the laws of the State of Mary-
land, dated October 10, 1930, recorded among the Land Rec-
ords of Montgomery County on October 10, 1930, and set forth
at large in Liber 512 at folio 132 of the Land Records of said
County, covering fee simple properties.
154. To the following grants, sealed and Deeds made by
various persons to and for the use and benefit of the Order
of the Society of the Divine Savior, a Corporation of the State
of Wisconsin:
(a) Deed from Rudolph A. M. Fontaine to said Corpora-
tion, dated the 1st day of May 1923, and recorded among the
Land Records of Cecil County in Liber H. W. L. No. 10, folio
42, and containing 100 acres of land, more or less, situate
in the Third Election District of Cecil County.
(b) Deed from Rudolph A. M. Fontaine to the said Corpora-
tion, dated the 12th day of June, 1923, and recorded among
said Land records in Liber H. W. L. No. 10, folio 133, and con-
taining 21 acres, more or less, located in the Third Election
District of Cecil County.
(c) Deed from Joseph Kelly and Elizabeth Kelly, his wife,
to the said Corporation, dated the 24th day of September, 1935,
and recorded among the said Land Records of Liber H. W. L.
No. 16, folio 348, and containing 172 acres of land, more or
less, located in the Third Election District of Cecil County.
(d) Deed from Julia Selby, widow, to said Corporation,
dated the 22nd day of Aprila, 1940r and recorded among the
said Land Records in Liber W. E. B. No. 16, folio 221, and
containing 125 acres of land, more or less, located in the Third
Election District of Cecil County.
155. To the Deed of 13 35-100 acres of land from Lewis K.
Woodward and Irene W. Fogle to the Westminster Church
of the Brethren recorded in the Land Records of Carroll Coun-
ty, in L. D. M. 173, folio 440.
156. To the bequest of $500 and one-half of residue of
estate to the Catholic Parochial Office of Cloppenburg, Ger-
many, under Will of August Gerken, recorded in Liber J. H. B.
195, folio 349.
157. To the bequest to the Most Reverend Michael J. Cur-
ley, Archbishop of Baltimore, a corporation sole of the State
of Maryland, and his successors in office, the sum of $500,00
