145. To the deed from the Vestry of the Church of the
Prince of Peace to The Church of the Ascension, dated Feb-
ruary 6, 1931, and recorded among the Land Records of Balti-
more City in Liber S. G. L. No. 5194, folio, 572, conveying the
fee simple interest in property situated at the southeast corner
of Walbrook Avenue and Ellamont Street, Baltimore, and more
particularly described in said deed.

146. To the devise of an annual ground rent of $36.00 is-
suing out of 1448 Ward Street, Baltimore, Maryland, to The
Church of the Ascension and Prince of Peace, contained in the
Last Will and Testament of Rebecca S. Cowen, deceased, re-
roded in the Office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City
in Wills Liber 170, folio 153.

147. To the bequest of the sum of $5,000.00 to the Vestry of
the Church of the Redeemer, Baltimore, Maryland, contained
in Item 10 of the Last Will and Testament of Edgar G. Mil-
ler, Jr., late of Baltimore City, deceased, duly probated and
now of record in the office of the Register of Wills of Balti-
more City in Wills Liber J. H. B. No. 198, folio 380.

148. To Deed dated July 20th, 1937 and recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L., No. 5743,
folio 1, from Wilhelmina Dietz and Charles Dietz to Epiphany
Lutheran Church of Powellnaron.

149. To mortgage dated May 1st, 1939, and recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber M. L. P., No.
5917, folio 394, from St. Johns Evangelical Lutheran Church
of Brooklyn, Maryland, to Epiphany Lutheran Church of
Powellnaron, in the sum of twenty-four thousand dollars .($24,-
000.00).

150. To mortgage dated February 2, 1926, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L.,
No. 4525, folio 215, from August Borleis and wife to the Board
of Missions of the Methodist Church, in the sum of eight
thousand dollars ($8,000.00).

of the Church of God of Dundalk, dated November 13, 1931,
