101. To the following bequests contained in the last Will
and Testament of Alice Newcomer Barkdoll, deceased, recorded
in Wills, Liber 18, folio 467, one of the record books in the
office of the Register of Wills of Washington County:

(a) To the bequest of One Hundred Dollars to the Smith-
burg Library.

(b) To the bequest of One Hundred Dollars to the Ladies
Mite Society of the Trinity Lutheran Church of Smithburg,
Maryland.

102. To the following bequests contained in the last Will
and Testament of Newton E. Funkhouser, deceased, recorded
in Wills, Liber 18, folio 487, one of the record books in the
office of the Register of Wills of Washington County:

(a) To the bequest of Five Hundred Dollars to the Bone-
brake Theological Seminary, Dayton, Ohio.

(b) To the bequest of Five Hundred Dollars to the Church
of the United Brethren in Christ, Dayton, Ohio, for the Min-
isterial Pension and Annuity Plan.

103. To the bequest of One Hundred Dollars to the Trus-
tees of the Lutheran Cemetery or graveyard located in Leiters-
burg, Maryland, the income to be used for the upkeep of dece-
dent's burial lot, as contained in the last Will and Testament
of Harvey J. Hartle, deceased, recorded in Wills Liber 18,
folio 492, one of the record books in the office of the Register
of Wills of Washington County.

104. To the following bequests contained in the last Will
and Testament of Barbara E. Sensenbaugh, deceased, recorded
in Wills, Liber 18, folio 499, one of the record books in the
office of the Register of Wills of Washington County:

(a) To the bequest of Two Hundred Dollars to the First
Christian Church of Hagerstown, Maryland.

(b) To the bequest of One Hundred Dollars to the Trustees
and their successors in office of the Lutheran Church of Wolfs-
ville, Frederick County, Maryland.

105. To the bequest of One Hundred Dollars to Rev. Walter
Byron Stehl, Rector of St. John's Episcopal Church as con-
tained in the last Will and Testament of Annie g. Miller, de-
ceased, recorded in Wills, Liber 18, folio 503, one of the record
books in the office of the Register of Wills of Washington
County.

106. To the bequest of a certain insurance policy in the
approximate sum of Seventy Five Dollars to the St. Mary's
Catholic Church of Hagerstown, Maryland, as contained in the
last Will and Testament of Lucy V. McDonald, deceased,
recorded in Wills, Liber 18, folio 512, one of the record books
in the office of the Register of Wills of Washington County.
