96. To the following bequests contained in the Will of
Ellen Bella Laney of Cumberland, Md.

(a) Centre Street Methodist Episcopal Church of Cumber-
land, Maryland, $1,000.00.

(b) Brink Bible Class of the Centre Street Methodist Church
of Cumberland, Maryland, $200.00.

(c) Foreign Missionary Society of the Centre Street Metho-
dist Episcopal Church of Cumberland, Maryland, $200.00.

(d) Home Missionary Society of the Centre Street Methodist
Episcopal Church of Cumberland, Maryland, $100.00.

(e) Salvation Army of Cumberland, Maryland, $100.00.

(f) Centre Street Methodist Episcopal Church of Cumber-
land, Maryland, f 500.00, to be applied on price of organ.

97. To the bequest of the rest and residue of the estate to
the "Old Folks Home of the Potomac Synod of the Reformed
Church in the United States, Inc., located on Virginia Avenue,
Hagerstown, Maryland, as contained in the Codicil to the last
Will and Testament of Mary S. Rowland, deceased, recorded
in "Wills", Liber 18, folio 398, one of the records books in the
office of the Register of Wills of Washington County.

98. To the bequest of One Hundred Dollars to "The Salem
Evangelical Church of Bakersville, Washington County", as
contained in the last Will and Testament of Lillie E. Emmert,
deceased, recorded in Wills, Liber 18, folio 408, one of the
record books in the office of the Register of Wills of Wash-
ington County.

99. To the following bequests contained in the last Will
and Testament of Louisa Eakle, deceased, of record in Wills,
Liber 18, folio 418, one of the record books in the office of the
Register of Wills of Washington County.

(a) To the bequest of one-eighth of the rest and residue to
the Home Mission and Church Erection Society of the Church
of the United Brethren in Christ, Dayton, Ohio.

(b) To the bequest of one-eighth of the rest and residue to
the Foreign Missionary Society of the Church of the United
Brethren in Christ, Dayton, Ohio.

100. To the devise and bequest, upon a certain contingency,
of the rest and residue of the estate to Seventh Day Adventist
Church of Hagerstown, Maryland, as devised and bequeathed
by the last Will and Testament of Joseph Van Crum, deceased,
recorded in Wills, Liber 18, folio 458, one of the record books
