1612 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 892

District", said new section to be known as Section 1014B
and to follow immediately after Section 1014A of said Ar-
ticle, adding to the Washington Suburban Sanitary District
an area in Lanham Election District and areas in Spauldings
Election District, both in Prince George's County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article 17
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Prince George's County", sub-title "Washington Suburb-
an Sanitary District", said new section to be known as Section
1014B and to follow immediately after Section 1014A of said
Article and to read as follows:

1014B. The following areas are hereby added to the Wash-
ington Suburban Sanitary District: Beginning at a point
where the present boundary line of the Washington Suburban
Sanitary District on the Telegraph Road in Lanham District
of Prince George's County intersects the north line of the
subdivision known as Hynesboro Park at Second Street and
running thence easterly with Second Street and the North line
of Hynesboro Park and southerly with the east line of Hynes-
boro Park to the north line of a subdivision known as Sea-
brook Acres, and thence easterly with the north line of Sea-
brook Acres, and thence southerly with the east line of Sea-
brook Acres to intersect with a line parallel to and 150 feet
northerly from Hynesboro-Seabrook Road, and thence with
said line and the projection thereof to Railroad Avenue in the
Subdivision known as Seabrook, and thence with the east line
of Railroad Avenue and the prolongation thereof to a point
300 feet south of the Defense Highway, and thence with a line
parallel to and 300 feet southerly from the Defense Highway
to Bald Hill Branch, the present boundary of said District,
and thence continuing northerly with Bald Hill Branch and
with the present boundary line of said District to the place of
beginning. And beginning at a stone on the south boundary
of District Heights, Section 1, which is North 74 degrees 13
minutes East 5. 76 feet west of the west line of Sixth Street,
and running thence in a straight line to the Forestville-Ritchie
Road and the northwest corner of Phelps Addition to Forest-
ville, thence along the north boundary line of the Phelps prop-
erty to the east line thereof, thence along the east line of said
Phelps property and in a straight line to the north corner of
the Joseph R. Roll property, thence along the northeast boun-
dary line of the Joseph R, Roll property and in a straight line
to a point 300 feet southeast of the Westphalia Road, thence
parallel to Westphalia Road and in a straight line to a point
300 feet southwest of the Marlboro Road, thence parallel to
the Marlboro Road and 300 feet southwest therefrom to a point
