of Garrett County shall, after June 1, 1931, have civil
jurisdiction in all cases hereinbefore mentioned in this sec-
tion of this Article instituted after June 1, 1931, involving
amounts not exceeding two hundred dollars. Justices of
the Peace of Wicomico County shall, after April 8, 1936,
have civil jurisdiction in all cases hereinbefore mentioned
in this section of this Article instituted after April 8, 1936,
and involving amounts not exceeding three hundred dol-
lars. Justices of the Peace of Prince George's County
shall, after May 18, 1937, have civil jurisdiction in all
cases hereinbefore mentioned in this section of this Article
instituted after May 18, 1937, and involving amounts not
exceeding two hundred and fifty dollars. Justices of the
Peace of Queen Anne's and Somerset Counties shall, after
June 1, 1937, have civil jurisdiction in all cases hereinbe-
fore mentioned in this section of this Article instituted
after June 1, 1937, and involving amounts not exceeding
two hundred dollars.

Justices of the Peace of Worcester, Dorchester, Charles,
Frederick, Harford, Talbot, Washington, St. Mary's, Kent,
Caroline and Anne Arundel Counties shall, after June 1,
1941, have civil jurisdiction in all cases hereinbefore men-
tioned in this section instituted after June 1, 1941, and
involving amounts not exceeding two hundred dollars.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1941.

(Senate Bill 178)

AN ACT to repeal the sub-title "Chesapeake Bay Bridge
Authority" and Sections 102, 103, 104, 105, 106, 107,
108, 109, 110, 111, 112, 113, 114, 115, 116, 117, 118,
119, 120, 121 and 122 of Article 89B of the Annotated
Code of Maryland, (1939 Edition), title "State Roads";
and to add thirteen new Sections to said Article, sub-title
"Revenue Bonds", to be known as Sections 140A, 140B,
140C, 140D, 140E, 140F, 140G, 140H, 140-1, 140J, 140K,
140L and 140M; providing for the purchase of assets of
the Claiborne-Annapolis Ferry Company, and the main-
tenance and operation of a ferry by the State Roads Com-
mission; authorizing the issuance of revenue bonds, in
