hazard of the occupation in which he is actually employed at
the time of injury or death, and in accordance with a classifica-
tion of risks to be prepared or adopted by the Insurance Com-
missioner of Maryland.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1941.

CHAPTER 837.
(House Bill 50)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 80
and 81 of Article 39 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1939 Edition), title "Non-tidal Waters", sub-title "Game
and Fresh Water Fish", to regulate seasons and manner of
take in non-tidal waters, and to eliminate certain methods
of fishing in certain waters in Montgomery County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 80 and 81 of Article 39 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Non-tidal Waters",
sub-title "Game and Fresh Water Fish", be and they are
hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as
follows:

80. The term "game and fresh water fish" shall include all
fishes found in all waters above a point where the tide ebbs
and flows.

Seasons. No person shall fish for or catch any game or
fresh water fish, as defined in Section 1 of Article 39, except
at such times as provided for in this section.

The open fishing season in the waters of this State, above
a point where the tide ebbs and flows, including ponds, lakes,
canals, public or privately owned, and the Conowingo Pool,
for the catching of fish designated in this section, shall be as
follows, viz:

Bass (Large and Small Mouth)—June 15th to November
30th.

Rock or Striped Bass—June 1st to November 30th.

Shad, Hickory Shad and Herring—March 15th to June 20th.

Susquehanna Salmon—June 1st to November 30th.

Suckers, Catfish, Carp, Eels and Gudgeon—February 15th to
November 30th.
