assistants and employees to serve at the pleasure of the Board
of County Commissioners of Montgomery County and at such
compensation as may be provided by said Board of County
Commissioners of Montgomery County.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1941.

(House Bill 829)
. AN ACT to direct the Washington Suburban Sanitary Com-
mission, upon the request of the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Montgomery County, to erect a modern incinerator
or incinerators, in that portion of the Washington Suburban
Sanitary District within Montgomery County; to provide for
the cost of said incinerator or incinerators by the issuance of
its bonds in an amount not exceeding Two Hundred Thousand
Dollars ($200, 000. 00) and to provide for the redemption
of said bonds and the payment of interest thereon in the
meantime; to authorize said Commission upon the request
of the Board of County Commissioners of Montgomery
County to establish a collection service for trash, garbage,
refuse and junk in that part of said Sanitary District with-
in Montgomery County and to prohibit the collection or
dumping of garbage, trash, refuse, rubbish or junk in that
part of said District within Montgomery County without a
permit from said Commission and then under regulations
adopted by said Commission.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission
is hereby directed upon the request of the Board of County
Commissioners of Montgomery County to construct, as soon
as practicable, on some convenient site to be selected by it, said
site to be subject to the approval of the Board of County Com-
missioners of Montgomery County, within that part of the
Washington Suburban Sanitary District within Montgomery
County, an incinerators or incinerators of a modern type for
the disposal of garbage, trash, refuse, rubbish or junk.
For the purpose of defraying the cost of such construction,
including the necessary equipment and accessories, the Com-
mission is authorized to issue its bonds or notes, under its
hand and seal, in a sum not to exceed $200, 000. 00 with interest
