The commissioners, may, for the purpose of paying for such
improvements borrow, from time to time, on the credit of the
Town, the total of which shall not at any time exceed twenty-
five thousand dollars and give their evidences of indebtedness,
all of which must mature within ten years. The treasurer of
said Town shall have the custody of money so borrowed and
shall give such additional bond as the commissioners may re-
quire. The said treasurer shall be allowed five per cent on the
collections of such assessments and shall keep the same in a
separate fund to be applied only to the liquidation of such
indebtedness.
61. The commissioners shall have the free use of all places
of detention or confinement under the jurisdiction of the
County Commissioners.
62. The County Commissioners and all other public authori-
ties shall pay to the commissioners of the Town of Bladens-
burg their share or proportion of public monies a part of
which may be paid to any other municipality in Prince George's
County.
63. The commissioners may, in their discretion, require a
license for the sale of alcoholic beverages within the Town
provided said license fee does not exceed twenty per cent of
the licenses fixed for County purposes and provided further
that the manner of payment and the, method of enforcing
payment shall be provided for by ordinance adopted by said
Commissioners.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1941.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 28
of Article 33 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Edi-
tion), title "Elections", sub-title "Registration", relating to
the registration of voters in Anne Arundel County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 28 of Article 33 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Elections", sub-title 'Regis-
