when and as the same may become due, the County Commis-
sioners of Prince George's County are hereby authorized and
directed to levy in each and every year upon the taxable basis
of said Prince George's County, a tax sufficient to pay the
bonds maturing during such year in accordance with the pro-
visions thereof, and to pay interest on all of the bonds author-
ized by this Act, which may be outstanding and unredeemed
in such year, and the proceeds of such levy when collected and
paid shall be used for the purpose, and for no other purpose
than that for which such levy was made.

SEC. 6. And 'be it further enacted, That the Board of Educa-
tion of Prince George's County shall use the money received
from the sale of said bonds, or any part thereof, issued here-
under immediately upon its receipt for the payment of the
necessary expenses of the issue of the loan and then for the
specific purposes for which said bonds have been issued, and
for no other purposes whatever; provided, however, that in
case it shall not be necessary to use the full amount authorized
herein for the construction or improvement and equipment of
the specific school or schools for which such money is appro-
priated, that then and in such case the balance in the hands
of the Board of Education of Prince George's County for such
specific appropriations may, with the approval of the County
Commissioners, be applied to the erection of new buildings,
the addition to or the alteration of existing school buildings,
the purchase of sites, and the equipment of such new additions

or alterations at other places in said county, where, in the dis-
cretion of the Board of Education of Prince George's County,
the same may be needed. The Board of Education of Prince
George's County is hereby given full power and authority to
do all things necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act,

even though the same may not be specifically mentioned herein
or in the general school laws of the State.

$5EC. 7. And be it further enacted, That in case the Board
of Education of Prince George's County shall determine,
either before or after the sale of the said bonds, that it is in-
advisable to construct one or more of the school buildings or
additions to schools specifically mentioned in Section 3 of this
Act, but may consider it advisable to spend the amounts spe-
cifically set out for said school or schools, or any portion
thereof, elsewhere in the construction and equipment of school
buildings or additions to school buildings at other places in
the County, then and in that event, it may by resolution re-
quest the County Commissioners of Prince George's County to
substitute for the specific purposes for which the said bonds
were sold, or to be sold, or any of them, the construction of
such new schools, or such additions to schools as said Board
