words: "For Constitutional Amendment" and "Against Con-
stitutional Amendment", as now provided by law, and im-
mediately after said election due returns shall be made to the
Governor of the vote for and against proposed amendment, as
directed by said Fourteenth Article of the Constitution, and
further proceedings had in accordance with said Article 14.

CHAPTER 717.
(House Bill 411)
AN ACT to repeal Section 66 of Article 56 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Licenses", sub-title
"Traders", said section relating to licenses on florists.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 66 of Article 56 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Licenses", sub-title "Traders",
be and it is hereby repealed.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1941.

CHAPTER 718.
(House Bill 815)
AN ACT to add one new section to Article 27 of the Code of
Public General Laws of Maryland (1939 Edition), title
"Crimes and Punishments", sub-title "Sabbath Breaking",
said new section to follow immediately after Section 576
of said Article and to be designated as Section 576A, to
authorize the exhibition of motion pictures within the
boundaries of Carroll County between the hours of 2 P. M.
and 6 P. M. and after 9 P. M. on Sundays, to repeal all
Public General and Public Local Laws inconsistent herewith
to the extent of any such inconsistency and providing for a
referendum vote thereon.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That one new section be and the same is hereby added
