SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That a new section be,
and it is hereby added to Article 17 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Prince George's County", sub-
title "County Commissioners", sub-heading, "Assessors", to be
known as Section 321A, to follow immediately after Section
321 of said Article, and to read as follows:

321A. That all assessments of real estate in Prince George's
County shall be made under the continuous method of assess-
ment, and for such purpose the Board of County Commis-
sioners of said County are authorized and directed to divide
the County into five assessment areas, the assessment of all
real estate in such areas shall be made as follows: the first
assessment area during 1942, effective for 1943, and every fifth
year thereafter; the second assessment area during 1943, ef-
fective for 1944, and during every fifth year thereafter; the
third assessment area, during 1944, effective 1945, and during
every fifth year thereafter; the fourth assessment area, during
1945, effective 1946, and during every fifth year thereafter; and
the fifth assessment area during 1946, effective 1947, and
during every fifth year thereafter.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1941.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 56 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Licenses", sub-title
"Boxing, Sparring and Wrestling", said new section to be
known as Section 125A and to follow immediately after Sec-
tion 125 of said Article, relating to a timekeeper at pro-
fessional boxing and sparring matches or exhibitions.
