month after the qualification of said judges. The judges of
the Orphans' Court of Baltimore City shall be paid by the
City of Baltimore at the end of each and every month and the
sessions of said Orphans' Court of Baltimore City shall con-
tinue from 11 A. M. to 3 P. M., if necessary, for the transaction
of business of the court, and provided that all provisions of
any public general law or any public local law inconsistent
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1941.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
208 of Article 56 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939
Edition), title "Licenses", sub-title "Motor Vehicles", sub-
heading "Enforcement of Motor Vehicle Laws—Arrest, Bail,
Trial and Appeal", relating to the conditions under which
fines shall be returned to the party paying the same.

AN ACT to add one new section to Article 1 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Alle-
gany County", sub-title "Lonaconing", to be known as Sec-
tion 404A and to follow immediately after Section 404 of
said Article, increasing the period of limitation to six years
for the collection of Municipal taxes due the Town of Lona-
coning.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article
1 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Allegany County", sub-title "Lonaconing", to be
known as Section 404A, to follow immediately after Section
404 of said Article, and to read as follows:
